How to set digital temperature controller?


1. Setting of lower limit deviation alarm: press SET key to select “SLP” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter. This parameter represents the value difference when the alarm point lower than the master set point.

2. Upper limit deviation alarm setting: press SET to select “SHP” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease keys to SET or modify this parameter. This parameter represents the value difference when the alarm point higher than  the master set point.

3. Setting of proportion range: press SET key to select “P” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter. The higher the value of “P”, the lower the output sensitivity of the main control relay of the temperature controller; the lower the value of “P”, the higher the output sensitivity of the main control relay of the temperature controller.

4. Integration time setting: press SET key to select “I” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter. The shorter the set integral time, the stronger the integral effect.

5. Differential time setting: press SET to select “D” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease keys to SET or modify this parameter. The longer the differential time of instrument setting, the stronger the correction by differential action.

6. Setting of proportional period: press SET key to select “T” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter.

7, self-tuning Settings: option to show “Aτ” press SET key, the green display shows the parameter values, select shift, increasing and decreasing button to SET or modify the parameters; Setting “00″ means self-tuning setting is off, and setting “01″ means self-tuning setting is started.

8. Lock parameter setting: press SET key to select “LOK”, and the green display screen displays the lock status. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter; Setting “00″ means no lock, setting “01″ means only lock parameters other than the master control, setting “02″ means all parameters are locked. Once the parameter is locked, it cannot be modified by others. If it needs to be modified, it needs to be unlocked. In other words, it is set to “00″.

9. Upper limit setting of master control temperature: press SET key to select “SOH” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease key to SET or modify this parameter; This parameter indicates that the operating temperature of the main control relay cannot be higher than this value, otherwise, the setting temperature of the main control is invalid.

10. Temperature correction setting: press SET to select “SC” and the green screen will display the value of this parameter. Select shift, increase, decrease keys to SET or modify this parameter. When the temperature controller runs for a long time and produces measurement errors, it can be used to correct the errors. If the measured value is 2℃ too small, the parameter can be set as 02;  if the measured value is 2℃ too large, the parameter can be set as -2.
